On May 20, 2010, LETS was invited to help celebrate 50 years of service to the mental health community by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. LETS arranged 25 students from John Burroughs High School (Burbank, CA) to come join in the activity-filled event. The students were treated to performances by LADMH’s very own choir group, art showings, and a surprise performance by Nathanial Ayers, the musician whose life was depicted in the 2009 film, "The Soloist".
